TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like wow, such a well known brand and they can't get it together. Not only that, but their chat team takes FOREVER to type to you and has generic responses that don't even help. Such a waste of money too, their apps always have glitches.
Adobe and their customer support/service is shocking.
I've just spent over an hour to find out how long the images I put up on Adobe Stock would take, as I had uploaded them 5 days ago and have still not been reviewed.
I was passed around to 7/8 different people to then be told I would have to wait for Monday.
I then asked if I could get refunded and have my account closed. They then said I couldn't as it goes against their 14 day policy. I'd signed up 5 days ago ...
Then was constantly asked if I wanted 3 free months with them!! NO!!
They take over 10 minutes to reply to a simple question, then to transfer you to another person.
When I finally got a human-ish response, they finally tell me, there is no Adobe Stock account under this email!!!
Utterly frustrating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

These F**** ers hang up on people, do not even answer questions when asked. Or if there is an issue with the software that has been escalated to the engineering team takes months, if they even get back to you at all. Third world crap!!!
When I asked to cancel after the 3month trail I was told:
'I can see that you already taken free 3 months so please continue the subscription and and complete the tenure'
It took 50min to get to this point.

They make their money off of people forgetting to cancel subscriptions. Any other company where I signed up and forgot to cancel in time the company was always very accommodating. Not Adobe, their customer service rep just inundates you with "special offers" and will eventually just say tough luck, sort it out with your bank upon contacting them for a sub cancel and refund.
Its clear from all these reviews Adobe hide the fact they're going to trap you in a contract with a huge exit fee at the point of sale. It angers me so much they do this especially during a pandemic when small businesses and individuals are struggling. Absolute scum. Message my instragram @jed104 for info on how to escape their clutches, it worked for me it might work for you.
NEVER EVER BUY. SCAM!! I couldn’t access my products for over a year, and then they charge me $400 and refused to refund me and tried to trick me into a new subscription even though I told them countless times that I wanted to cancel everything over and over. I am beyond upset, and after I told them for the 100th time I wanted it refunded they hung up on me. Angry and hurt that I let a scammer take my card information.
Never ever accept the offer of a free extension to a trial period. Whilst this may seem like a kind gesture on behalf of Adobe, the reality is that this company will then claim that you must pay a cancellation fee if you subsequently decide to close a plan during this extended free period. If you cancel during the initial trial period, no fee is due. It is abundantly clear to me that Adobe uses this tactic to draw users to its product without any clarity about the consequences if you then opt to cancel.
If i could negatively review this I would. Horrible experience i needed a free trial and I was locked into a year paying in usd from canada. Where the best they could do was give me a few months off no charge. F*** adobe I hope to never use there service again.
This is the absolute worst company in the world. Stole $600 dollars from my account, refused to cancel the service during trial period, they are well known for this. Finally had to cancel my card to keep them from charging me. Absolute worst, stay away!!!!

If I could give zero I would. This company is a fraud! I requested a service that was 99 cent per month, instead they placed me in a $15 per month plan without my consent. When I wanted to cancel they wanted to charge me $30. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!
Chat service takes forever to respond. No back and forth. They give instructions like "Got to view menu" wait three or 4 minutes for next instruction. Going to the view menu takes less than a second. Try calling... go for the call back option and they call you back to put you into the hold queue. It is 2021 and they are just as bad as always

You'll eventually end up paying for a service that you won't be able to use. While they're unfortunately a legit company. They're customer service is garbage and they're support team doesn't know how to fix their own software.
